Official Camp Schedule - Cousin Gary, C.D., A.H.O.L.E
DAY ONE - Friday, June 20, 2003
 | Early check-in time at 4:00 p.m., Instructions; Present your copy of Camp Marianne
Pre-Registration Form to the beautiful, charming Cousin Julie for Room
assignments and Name Tags. Room locations will be noted on the Lodge Floor Plan
located in the Camp Command Post.
Note: The Director of Security will be posted at the
entrance of Camp Marianne and may perform
security screening of your luggage, vehicle, and body cavity searches for items of
contraband
listed in the CMCM200 |
 | Dinner will be at 7:00 p.m. Menu will be posted on Bulletin Board. DO NOT BE
TARDY. |
 | Late check-in after 8:00 p.m. will result in not eating dinner because no food will be
left. |
 | At 9:30 p.m., all attendees willmeet at the Camp Fire for welcoming presentations
and remarks by the Camp Hostess and Camp Director following the Camp Chaplain's opening
prayers. |
 | Lights out at 11:30 p.m. |
DAY TWO - Saturday, June 21, 2003
 | This will be a sleep-in morning for all of Friday's Registered Camp Attendees. Nothing
scheduled in the morning other than breakfast served in the Mess Hall. No room service is
available. Please explore the Camp Grounds, get acquainted with the Cousins and get use to
the lack of oxygen to breath. When you hear the D.O.S. blow his whistle, that means a car
load of new Cousins are entering the Camp. This will be your que to secure water balloons
to welcome them. Water balloons thrown into an open car window is to be considered the
highest level of welcome. For those checking in on Saturday, please register with Cousin
Julie. She will instruct you on blowing up your air mattress and/or assembling your pup
tent. (Towels will be available for those who were "welcomed" by the Cousins who
checked in earlier). |
 | After lunch, Committee Meetings will be held. Please check the C.D. Bulletin Board for
your committee membership and assignments. For those on the Food Detail, a field trip will
be made to the Safeway Store to procure staples. For those on the Beverage Detail, a field
trip will be made to the liquor store to restock our coolers and prepare for another night
at the Camp Fire. |
 | The Uniform of the Day will be posted on the C.D. Bulletin Board located in the Command
Post. |
 | After dinner is "free time" to relax unless you are on the K.P. Detail. Camp
Fire will take place at 2100 hours (that's 9:00 P.M. to those non-military type). Camp
Fire Stories will be told by the F.S.S.T. |
 | Lights out at 2330 hours. |
DAY THREE - Sunday June 22, 2003
 | This will be a sleep-in morning for all of Saturday's Registered Camp Attendees. Those
who checked in on Friday will assemble in the front of the lodge for early morning
physical exercise (hereinafter "PE"). PE will start at 0700 hours. Listen for
the PE call to assemble. Note: It will be important that PE will be done
"silently" to be respectful to those that think they will be sleeping late). The
PE instructor will be Cousin Amy.

 | Breakfast will be served in the Mess Hall between 0800 to 0900 hours. Second call will
be at 0930 hours for the Camp Day Trip Event. Please check the C.D. Bulletin Board for the
Event and Uniform of the Day. See Cousin Tim for mass schedule.

 | After returning from the Camp Day Trip (hereinafter "CDT"), dinner will be
served in the Mess Hall and then to the Camp Fire (hereinafter "CF") for more
stupid camp fire stories and lots of beverages to endure those stories.

DAY FOUR - Monday June 23, 2003
 | 0600 Hours - Reveille. |
 | 0630 Hours - General Assembly and Police Call. * |
 | 0700 Hours - PE Call? |
 | 0800 Hours - Breakfast. |
 | 0900 Hours - CDE. |
 | ( Lunch during CDE ) |
 | 1900 Hours - Dinner. |
 | 2130 Hours - CF. |
 | 2330 Hours - Lights Out. |

DAY FIVE - Tuesday June 24, 2003
 | See Camp Schedule (hereinafter "CS") for Day 4.

DAY SIX - Wednesday June 25, 2003
 | See CS for Day 5. |
DAY SEVEN- Thursday June 26, 2003
 | See CS for Day 6. Awards Presentation and Dinner at 2100
hours in the Dinning Hall. Uniform dress is formal black tie. Music
provided by Camp Hostess Marianne on the accordion..

DAY EIGHT- Friday June 26, 2003
 | 0700 hours to 1000 hours, Packing and departure instructions:
(1) Leave all beds that were used unmade;
(2) Collect all trash and leave it in the kitchen;
(3) Put all dirty towels in the bathrooms;
(4) Load all dirty dishes in the dishwasher;
(5) Turn out all lights, radios, TV's, etc.;
(6) Close and lock all windows, doors and return key to the lock box; and
(7) Give Marianne and the C.D. a big hug. You may also hug your other Cousins and say
Good By until we meet
again in 2004. Have a safe trip home.
CHECH-OUT AT 1000 hours (that's 10:00 A.M.).
